SpeakQuickChat(string)

Sends a line of text overhead the henchman.

void SpeakQuickChat(
    string sVoice
);

Parameters

sVoice

Text to be said.

Description

This function is used for debugging only. Used with OpenNearestLock. Function would say "FAKEQUICKCHAT:Task, Can do" above the henchman's head.
